Hello!
Reinstalled Oracle DB. An error occurred: ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist tips. Spent 10 hours on the problem! Nothing helps! Any suggestions are accepted.
Decided to start from the beginning:
At the moment the following settings: ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID, ORACLE_BASE, NLS_LANG - are not announced.
Operating system: Windows7 x64
Database: ORACLE Express Edition x64.

what is written in alert.log ?
well, I would like to understand what measures have already been taken :)
ORACLE_SID empty can be the cause of such an error, as well as a small amount of virtual memory.
