How to fix OpenSSL Padding Oracle vulnerability (CVE-2016-2107)?

Good afternoon! Please tell me how to fix the error. I'm not too strong in server administration. I received a certificate for Startcom, installed it, everything works. But ssllabs ranks it F, with this
OpenSSL Padding Oracle vulnerability (CVE-2016-2107).

System CentOS 7
