Sometimes, for no apparent reason, a computer crashes, the screen goes blank, flashes. After 10 - 20 seconds the screen is restored. Sometimes (less often) the screen does not recover. Restoring then requires restarting the computer. This happens (1 - 2 times a day) only on two of their three home desktop computers. At the same time, all computers have the same NVIDIA driver 342.01.
Reliability Monitor reports the same problem every time:

found messages on the network about such failures 3 - 5 years ago without recommendations for elimination.

A typical problem when using bu video cards killed by mining or just a constant load. It also looks like nutritional problems, ie. BP. The video card suddenly lacks power and restarts.
Software solution options - downclock.
