How to fix npm install BEM errors?

I clone project-stub via git
Then I do npm install -> errors are pouring in (picrel)
The same result with:

1. Git Bash with and without admin rights
   
2. Create projects on different drives
   

npm -v -> v3.10.10
node -v -> v6.10.3

Problem solved:
Reinstalled NodeJS Updated
npm version
