How to fix Mozilla Firefox rendering bug?

There is a tooltip that opens on :hover and hides when the mouse leaves the tooltip area. So mozilla, when hiding an element, leaves a part of the border drawn, and when opening it, it deletes it:

It would be better to upload an example of html + css that is buggy on global hosting (if it is possible, of course), so that we can test and see how it is implemented and what needs to be fixed. =)
