How to fix mobile browser(Chrome) and jquery compatibility issues?

I checked the adaptive, and on mobile chrome and in the built-in browser of xiaomi redmi 3s, the layout is crookedly inserted (the arrow moved out) and the window where the tabs should be with content - you just see 2 tabs out of 4 and immediately the button that should follow after the content. There is no content at all.
I downloaded the squirrel on the phone and everything is fine in it on the same phone.
But there was a warning in the squirrel that full screen mode was enabled. Maybe it's somehow related. And in chrome another display because of this.
Maybe someone has already encountered a similar problem. I don’t know if I need to fix something in the code and how, because on another phone with an identical screen in chrome, everything is in order and all elements work.
