How to fix mac os permissions problem?
So I switched to a poppy, tried to install standard development tools, but foolishly messed up with the rights for everything that is possible and now not a single program opens. I'll throw off the error codes, but in general they talk about access rights to certain files in the library folder, and others.
Here's my driver license. I ask you for help. I tried to throw everything off through disk utility, through resetpassword in recovery.

To change the permissions, use the chmod command, to change the owner, use the chown command.
And take Linux out of the tags. Linux is irrelevant to the question.
