How to fix long system boot after changes via gparted?

There are 2 windows10 and linux mint19 systems installed on the SSD disk. Everything worked great.
I decided to move 20GB from the windows partition to the /home partition, and also increased the volume of the swap partition from 3 GB to 8 GB.
After these manipulations, mint began to load not for 20 seconds, but for more than a minute. And once (so far) the system even began to freeze (slow down) during operation. I have not seen such problems before.
Please tell me where to dig.

The thing was that after my manipulations with the partitions, the UUID of the swap partition changed, but the old value remained in the configuration.
To fix the situation, I found out the current UUID of the swap partition with the blkid command and fixed it manually in the /etc/fstab file

Well, look in the logs or look during the download process on what is argued?

Do a systemd-analyze plot > /tmp/a.svg and see what exactly is taking so long to load.
