How to fix link issue after MODx site migration?

After transferring the site from one hosting to another, all links are no longer correct - they lead to the main one. The logs have these errors:

MODx Revo 2.7.1, PHP both on the old and on the new hosting 7.3 Transferred the domain name

php downgrade to 7.2 and check if mod_rewrite PHP module is enabled
