How to fix keyboard shortcuts for tmux?
Generally unformatted, but tortured.
Began to work much more on ssh, found tmux - cool. But not a single keyboard shortcut works for me - it does not respond to Ctrl + B.
I looked in the keyboard shortcuts settings - nothing on ctrl + b is worth it.
Tried to create .tmux - nothing has changed.
Tried on regular Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 with Unity.
Can you tell me where to dig?

this is probably an age-old question
, but I just ran into tmux
and this is how it all works (at least for me)
press CTRL + B
after that release this key combination and then press c
keys - create a new tab x - close the current tab
, etc. .
those. before each action (c, x, 1, 0 ...) you will need to press and release the key combination to enter the command input mode = CTRL + B
