How to fix kernel panic after virtualization?
I have an iron server with Oracle Enterprise Linux on board. I needed to virtualize it. For virtualization I used VmWare Standalone Converter 6.1. After the process ended on the virtual server, I grabbed a kernel panic. He swore that he could not mount / dev / sda2, supposedly there was no such file. The VmWare website had a solution to this problem, in short, it was necessary to boot from the installation disk, go to Linux Rescue, change the driver types in /etc/modprobe.conf and rebuild the initrd. I did everything, now at the start he swears that he cannot mount /proc, /sys, /dev, and judging by the boot log, he first mounts them, then swears that he cannot mount them, and then dismantles them . The screenshots provide more details. How to solve the problem? And yes, of course there was a RAID array on the server,
PS: I ran fsck, it didn't help. I also tried to specify links to block devices in fstab, it did not help either.
