How to fix Issue: Violation of Interfering with Apps, Third-party Ads, or Device Functionality policy?

Greetings

Got rejected when uploading a new application "Issue: Violation of Interfering with Apps, Third-party Ads, or Device Functionality policy".

Issue with showing full screen banner when application is minimized. Now I have set a check before showing, but still a reject letter arrives 20 minutes after uploading a new build.

Has anyone experienced this?
