On windows 10, the download speed is stable 10-11 mb / s, on windows 11 1-1.5 mb. Has anyone experienced this? Even the Internet at a frequency of 5 GHz began to connect for a long time after turning on the laptop. All wifi networks at 2.5 GHz are visible, and wifi at 5 GHz appears after a couple of minutes. Everything has been updated in the update center.

The second time I hear that after the update, the speed flew when downloading something.
Problem 1 was solved by unexpectedly imposed restrictions in the software itself, which migrated with the update to version 11. Look at the torrent settings, steam (I didn’t quite understand what the download is going through).
First of all, check if your Mbps and Mbytes are not mixed up? If that 100 Mb is about 12.5 Mb.
Check up the exposed speed through Powershell Get-NetAdapter
If the problem remains, we will think further.
