How to fix internet freezes?

The essence of the Internet freezes lies mainly in games. When playing online computer games, when there is a lot going on in the game, i.e. sharp jumps, for example, the beginning of a new round (everyone teleports to their points, the whole scene is cleared) there are jumps in ping. I play CS:GO when there are more than ten people on the server, freezes become frequent, 5-10 people - once every 2 minutes, 10-15 - once a minute, 15+ - in general, it can be every 10 seconds. Also, when downloading files in Google Chrome, a network error pops up every 6-15 seconds, you have to constantly continue downloading yourself. Here is a PingPlotter report with a CS:GO server I often play on - https://share.pingplotter.com/BLcMnjBXfQC

Check:
1. Cable from the provider (remove or solder the twists)
2. Your router (see the logs), update the software or replace it with another one.
3. Check your PC (hardware, OS), if necessary, check for viruses, reinstall the OS
4. Read the contract and ask questions to your provider.

I see that you have the first openWRT hop. I understand the firmware you rolled yourself.
Your router is quite old + not standard firmware.
If I understand correctly, the problem device is connected via wi-fi.
Option 2:
1 - connect the cable directly bypassing the router. Configure PPPoe (or another provider used) connection on the device -> test.
The problem remains then -> call the provider and ask to check the line for crc errors.
The provider says that everything is OK -> device problem (laptop or PC)
If the problem went away when the cable was connected -> there is a problem with the wi-fi module of the router or device.
2 - Change the router immediately . Testing. Does the problem remain? solutions 2.
- Insufficiently wide communication channel.
- The problem is in the wi-fi module or the software of the end device.
