How to fix Grub error after reinstalling Ubuntu 14.04?

Installing Ubuntu 14.04 from a boot disk over the previous one, while maintaining the disk structure, only sdb2, sdb3 were formatted. sdb boot disk.
Now the OS does not start, it issues:

error: symbol 'grub_term_highlight_color' not found
Entering redcue mode...
grub rescue>

Disk structure:
/dev/sda (320 GB)
/dev/sda2 (269 GB W95)
/dev/sda5 (269 GB NTFS) - for some reason, the sizes are determined exactly like this
/dev/sdb (250 GB)
/dev/sdb1 ( 4.1 GB)
/dev/sdb5 (4.1 GB swap)
/dev/sdb2 (128 GB ext4 / boot)
/dev/sdb3 (33 GB ext4 / )
/dev/sdb4 (213 GB ext4 /home)
