How to fix google account sync (app data)?

Good day to all.
I have a nexus 5 (hammerhead)
on it is cyanogen mod 11 20150105-NIGHTLY-hammerhead
the bucket itself 4.4.4
hangs a synchronization error
does not sync Application data (says the last sync 05/07/2015)
writes Problems with synchronization. Everything will work soon.
tell me where to dig though?
or how to debug it?
PS: do not offer the 13th cm, it eats the battery godlessly. 100% in 3-4 hours idle.
