How to fix fonts in Windows 7?

Suddenly, after another reinstallation of Windows (boxed version of SP1, all updates have already been made), the fonts began to hurt the eye ...

I tried to play with ClearType - it only gets worse .
What could be the problem? Where to dig?

In general, I played for a day with the registry, special programs, only reinstalling Windows helped

There is a version that some kind of nonsense with video card drivers.
What is visible in other browsers (FF, IE)?
If possible, try switching from an integrated graphics card to a discrete one and vice versa.

In personalization, try playing around with fonts, maybe something will work out.
