How to fix font problem on ios?

Good night, colleagues. I ask for your help. Faced the problem of displaying the Cyrillic font uppercase on iOS devices. Please advise how to fix this problem. There are no problems with fonts on Android and PC, but on ios (namely on mobile devices), the problem surfaced. I will be grateful for any help. Fonts: Commissioner and Bebas Neue.
