How to fix Firefox glitches on Debian after updating?

After updating FF to 78.6.0esr (64-bit) in Debian 10, it began to slow down itself and the entire system. Windows began to stick for a few seconds when alt + tab and entering text in the FF in the fields of sites or the address bar
. What is the reason and how to fix it?

If this is the reason in FF, then you can put it in your home directory from the official Mozilla website. At least, on the same distribution kit, it does not slow down at all.
BUT: it should be borne in mind that it may be problematic to roll back to the distribution version later because of some innovations in the official Mozilla version of FF, since the distribution version is late from it. I mean the structure and format of the data that FF writes to ~/.mozilla/firefox/.
