On duty, it was necessary to roll the old version of debian (jessie netinst) onto the server, when setting up the repository I chose the archive.debian.org mirror, went to the software installation stage and there I was greeted with a message (with or without a choice of additional software):

An installation step failed. You can try to run the failing item again from the menu, or skip it and choose something else. The failing step is: Select and install software

Then I went to the logs and saw what seems to be the main cause of the problem, a message appears during the installation of packages

WARNING: The following packages cannot ne authenticated!

Well, this is where it all ends, I can’t go on to installing GRUB.

I close the question. Once again I went through the procedure, it breaks during the installation of the software, but now grub is installed, the rest was delivered after the OS was loaded.
