How to fix Filezilla: 503 Failure of data connection response when connecting via ftp?

Installed the filezilla program and enabled its self-test.
The program gave me:
Response: 200 OK
PREP 44331
Response: 200 Using port 44331, data token 514670226
PORT 193,104,16,21,173,43
Response: 200 PORT command successful
LIST
Response: 150 opening data connection
Response: 503 Failure of data connection.
The server sent an unexpected response.
Connection closed
What does this mean ?
Connection type changed from passive to active and vice versa. Set the maximum range of ports.

There were two problems, there was a conflict with the Windows Firewall (configuration instructions in this video ). And also an incorrect IP was added to the allowed list, I foolishly gave an IPv4 address (main). Then I found this resource , got my IP on it, transferred it to the allowed list and everything worked
