How to fix Fatal error: ob_start()?

When entering a page on which only the infoblock hangs and header.php is connected, the following error is thrown:

Fatal error: ob_start() [<a href='ref.outcontrol'>ref.outcontrol</a>]: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /home/o/ostrovnoe/mo/public_html/bitrix/modules/main/lib/data/cache.php on line 333

The error occurs only on one page and only if you log in as an administrator. An attempt to remove the infoblock and leave only the header.php connection did not give any results. Where could be the problem?
