How to fix ether link down port drop on Microtik hAP ac2?

Good afternoon everyone, I recently bought a router, set it up through a quick setup, everything works super until one moment = load moment, as soon as the speed exceeds 500-600mb, the Internet on the computer immediately starts to hang or disappear completely. How to fix?
