How to fix error when starting munged?

Hello.
Tried to install python 3.7 on a Debian 8.2 system. At first collected from source codes. Openssl-1.0.2o was rebuilt together with python. But something went wrong, and after a series of unsuccessful attempts, the python was installed from the testing repository, along the way updating a bunch of libraries, including libc6. After that, slurm suddenly stopped working. Which swears that the munged process is not running. However, when I try to run:
systemctl start munded, I get the error

(munged): relocation error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnss_files.so.2: symbol __libc_readline_unlocked, version GLIBC_PRIVATE not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

Versions of installed packages: libc6:amd64 2.28-10, libnss3:amd64 2:3.26-1+debu8u4, openssl 1.0.1t-1+deb8u11.
Is it possible to restore the normal operation of applications?
Thanks in advance
