How to fix error when running projects in visual studio 2017?

Good afternoon.
I'm trying to run projects from this site https://ulearn.me/ on visual studio 2017, but something doesn't start (it gives an error saying that the files are damaged.
I wrote to them, but without result. Help!!!
PS I tried different file archivers - not helps.
