Hello. When building the solution in VS 2015, it gives me the error

I reinstalled Xamarin, I reinstalled Visual Studio 2015. The error was the same every time.
UPD: On one forum , a dude updated Xamarin and everything went well. I don't have a Xamarin update in VS. Xamarin version 3.9

Clean Solutions (Build -> Clean Solution)
Build project again
Everything is there, done automatically. If you want to check the update yourself: Tools -> Options -> Xamarin -> Other -> Check Now
