How to fix error when opening pdf file "Numeric value out of range"?

Hello! I open a pdf file with a drawing through adobe acrobat reader, an error "Numerical value out of range" crashes. Reinstalling and updating Adobe does not solve the problem. The most interesting thing is that the drawing has already passed through several employees and approved by signatures. Everything works for other employees and opens without errors. I can’t understand why it gives an error and how to deal with it, maybe some software compatibility conflicts, maybe someone faced this problem? Please share your experience or suggest solutions. The file opens through other readers without errors, like foxit or regular OS programs. In this case, Adobe Acrobat Reader is necessary and it is not advisable to use another program and install it purely for one user.
