How to fix error when loading High Sierra on VM?

I set up a virtual machine according to all (what is already possible) instructions. I start, such a window enters.

tried, nothing happening. Even the first fs command doesn't work. "Fs1: in not a correct mapping"
How can I fix this and finally run mac os on a virtual machine? (required very urgently).
