How to fix error when creating VS Xamarin android 5.0 project?

Hello, I am facing a problem while creating projects in Visual studio xamarin android.
When I create a project on android 8.0, everything is fine, if I use android 5.0 or 7.0, then all sorts of errors always come out.
All SDKs are installed. If I update Xamarin in NuGet, then it gives an error
I would be very grateful if someone encountered this problem.

Warning The $(TargetFrameworkVersion) for FormsViewGroup.dll (v8.1) is greater than the $(TargetFrameworkVersion) for your project (v5.0).
