Is it possible to somehow change the language in the application dynamically if it was not previously supported?

For example, the user selects the Spanish language in the application settings, the necessary resources are downloaded from the server somewhere, connected, and then the content is displayed in Spanish in the application?

I advise you not to fence bicycles and use the standard android tools.
Well, will you download the files / to the database / else like translations and markup? I now have an application in English and Spanish, so I had to edit the ui, not much, but still.
I would not dare to do this on the fly

It is possible to implement dynamic support, BUT, no one does this, since no one will be satisfied with this: THE QUALITY OF TRANSLATION SHINE BADLY, UNDERSTAND THE ESSENCE OF BASTA. (autotranslated =)
