How to fix error type code 39 in 1C?

When scanning a barcode in 1 s, an error pops up that this barcode cannot be processed and you need to make sure that it is registered in the database. The scanned strokes are accurately registered in the database, and when you try to scan for the second or third time, the position of the stroke is found. Until yesterday evening, the scanner at 1 C worked fine. This error pops up not with every scan, but approximately every second or third time.
With each new entry in 1 C, a warning pops up
"ATOL: Barcode Scanner":
Attention! The current version of the driver differs from the supported one.
Current Version: 6.5.3.399 Requires
Version: 6.8 The
correct operation of the driver is not guaranteed"
But it popped up earlier during the normal operation of the scanner.
