How to fix error in access with free memory?

5a546955ed712164118068.jpeg
Physical memory - a lot
Virtual memory - more than 5 GB
RAM - 8 GB, I'm not sure, but it seems that access takes it completely before the error
I make a request to the database once a month, before everything was fine

The fact that there is a lot of physical memory does not mean that the database engine can use it all. It used to be normal because there was less data - you can just delete the old data.
I think the database engine needs another - from the "paid". Or maybe just an error in the request because of which it devours more memory than it could. This restriction was introduced specifically to prevent anyone from turning BigData on their computer. MSSQL Express - will have the same problems there, too, 2 gigabytes of RAM maximum.
