How to fix duplication of categories/subcategories (correct CNC settings issue) in Wordpress?

We have 2 problems
1) We get category duplicates at several addresses
Category 5 has the structure:
site.ru\1\2\3\4\5\
But it is also available on the next page. links:
site.ru\2\3\5
site.ru\2\5
, etc.
Somehow you can fix it so that it would work only on site.ru\1\2\3\4\5\, and give 404 to the rest a bug or is it a WP feature and nothing can be done about it?
2) The problem with the same names of subcategories (they have the same name and slug, but different parents)
site.ru/service/okrug/district/ site.ru/service-2/okrug/district/
In
this case, one of the subcategories and posts gets priority loaded from it (as I understand it, the priority is the subcategory that has a smaller ID)
as a result, in site.ru/service/district/district/ - all posts from service-2 get into it and a lot of problems because of this.
Question: is it possible to make the site structure look like ?
site.ru\trousers\men's\blue
site.ru\jeans\men's\blue
or child slug categories should differ?

. In general, why complicate everything so much? In the first example, you have 5 levels of nesting. While search engines recommend a maximum of 3 levels.

slug must be different everywhere.

If this is a store, then it is better to use filters, and leave the category / subcategory.
If the entries - you can make a category / subcategory, and make the rest (blue / red / white) tags.
