How to fix DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET error?

Hello, there is a TL-WR941ND V6 router, it has 3 laptops and 2 mobile phones on the network, about two weeks ago "dancing with a tambourine" began, every day one of the devices loses the Internet, and sometimes with the appearance of the exclamation mark "no access to the Internet", and sometimes without an exclamation mark, they say everything is fine, but at the same time, sites issue a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET message, as if the traffic is being cut.
The proxy is disabled, WPS is disabled, DHCP is used, parental control is disabled, a static IP is registered for a couple of laptops, and dynamic for the rest.
I tried to prescribe "ipconfig / flushdns", then the Internet generally disappears, I tried different settings, the only thing that helps is changing the IP for the device with a reboot of the router, and then for a while, in a day the same thing again.
How to solve this issue?
