How to fix display on a certain screen width?

WordPress has a wpbakery pagebuilder and at a certain resolution it should hide one block and show another, but at a resolution of 991px the block is simply hidden. How can this be fixed?

Figured it out, this awesome plugin doesn't display the mobile version option while it's enabled.
To see the changes, you first need to disable it.
