How to fix disappearing tree in Filesystems?

When working with MODX, at some point the display of the Filesystems file tree disappeared: prnt.sc/ev4dvw
Everything happened on a local server.
What I did to solve the problem:
- Clear the cache;
- Checked the paths in all configs;
- Tried to transfer the site to the hosting;
- Tried reinstalling modx. After reinstallation, the file tree is displayed, but after the database is loaded, it disappears again.
Any ideas? I'm in despair...

Have you checked file permissions?
