How to fix dates in DropBox?

The country has switched to winter time. A drop box apparently - no.
The problem is this:
There are a number of machines with dropbox where files are being exchanged.
As a result, an error occurs due to the fact that the files are from the future. On all machines, the clocks were switched to winter time. But the files that get into the drop box, on all other machines, have an hour more time.
Example: Machine "A" sent the exchange file at 12-00. Machine "B" and "C" sees this file with a creation date of 13-00.

Only on Tuesday the dates on the box became adequate.
