Are there free storages for a large number of users?

In general, there are users on my site and I need to store their data somewhere, this is no more than 2GB. Own disk is not enough, can anyone suggest options? I found this habrahabr.ru/post/111202 is it relevant?

Dropbox initially gives only 2 GB, so if you have more than 1 users, then you can immediately exhaust the entire limit.
Yandex.Disk gives 10 GB and it has the Google API
