How to fix "Could not load wrapper properties" error in Android Studio?

I didn’t change any files, didn’t delete, didn’t do anything (before me, my sister was at the computer, but it’s unlikely that this was her doing). On previous projects everything was fine, now I created a new one and immediately gives this error. The file is there, but it's empty. Maybe it's the content? Is it possible to solve the problem without reinstalling the studio?
