How to fix compilation error in visual studio?

Hello dear habrusers! Recently, a glitch has appeared that is very annoying and which I have not been able to solve for a long time. When I try to compile any c++ program in visual studio or any other IDE, everything freezes. If it does not hang, it says that it is impossible to run the file because it is busy with the System. Moreover, in the c# language, for example, everything compiles and works remarkably well, and such a canoe happens only with c++. The only solution to this problem that I have found at the moment is to roll back Windows. What does the restore point have to do with updating the c++ compiler. I tried reinstalling it, but without success. After trying to restore, Windows gives an error that the restoration was not completed successfully, but the programs begin to compile. After restarting the system, this canoe starts again, and in order to compile programs again, you need to restore the system. This problem was encountered not only by me, but also by several of my friends who also use visual studio 2015. I could not find a solution on the Internet. If anyone has come across and found a solution to this problem, please respond! Thanks in advance for your advice and answers.

I had a similar situation, only the hang was not when compiling, but when starting debugging. the antivirus blocked the launch of the debugger and did not report anything. put an exception on the directory, now everything is ok. win 10, studio 2015, antivirus avast. and on vin7 everything was fine, antivirus asked.
