How to fix bug with Eyedropper Tool in Adobe Illustrator CS6 (Shift+Click doesn't work)?

Hello! There is a bug in Adobe Illustrator CS6: when using the Eyedropper Tool (Pipette), the Shift + Click combination does not work, which should assign the active property of the selected object (outline or fill) ONLY the color of the object on which Shift + Click was made, and not all of its properties . I've scoured the internet and haven't found a clear answer. This is a very common bug and probably almost all users of this software have encountered it. A trifle, but unpleasant. Maybe someone solved the problem? Thank you.

Add. info: Windows 7 Ultimate (64-bit) Adobe Illustrator CS6 (64-bit) v.16.0.3

In the absence of CS6 at hand, I can only advise upgrading to Illustrator CC - in this version there is no bug with an eyedropper, everything works as expected.
