How to fix bad font in browser?

Good evening
I started using such a bad font in the browser, to put it mildly. Please tell me how can I get them back to normal?
At what it's not all fonts are like this, only "Monospace font" as I understand it.
I tried to change the fonts in the browser settings, but somehow it does not help. They turn from one thing to another. Or am I doing something wrong. I will be very grateful for your help.

The reason for this, most likely, is in the "bit" font installed by you in the system.
1. Look through the inspector, which font is registered on the site.
2. Enter the local system fonts and remove (disable) the mentioned font. Now the site will not refer to the local font and will substitute a sane fallback.
