How to fix backup in Bitrix?

When creating a backup using the standard Bitrix feature, files are created. I copy to the locale, run restore.php and at some step I get archive is corrupted. I click "skip", I get to the transition to the site and I get index.php that is missing at the root and an almost empty bitrix folder (only db_conf and the backup folder). What can I do to create a normal backup? Well, or in which direction to dig? There is space on the server.
