How to fix "babel-jest": "^24.8.0" error?

There is an asp.net core + react project.
Previously, I successfully launched, but recently an error began to pop up as in the picture.
Tried removing node_modules, package-lock
npm install, npm install babel-jest
Previously, babel-jest was not installed in this project at all.
Nothing helps.
How can I fix this and what could be causing this to happen?
