ASP.NET MVC 4. What to read (see)?

I would like to read something understandable and interesting in Russian.
Unfortunately, I didn't find anything suitable.
I can also look at video tutorials and reviews, you can also in English.
Maybe someone has something in mind?

I studied asp.net mvc4 from scratch using these two manuals:
this one is very good for mvc3 - www.asp.net/mvc/tutorials/mvc-music-store/mvc-music-store-part-1
With it you will have problems with authorization on the site. authorization controller code there code is obsolete.

and this one is already on mvc4 www.asp.net/mvc/tutorials/mvc-4/getting-started-with-aspnet-mvc4/intro-to-aspnet-mvc-4
They are in English, but everything is simple there.
I have now brought my site to the point that I have attached Twitter Bootstrap to it and now I continue to actively poke around, I think about whether it is worth writing an article about this.
