I installed OpenServer, but when I started it, I got an error about the absence of libsvn_client-1.dll. How to fix this error?

It was for many years and Denwer had no problems at all!
But the developer abandoned Denwer. And I needed PHP 7...
I installed Open Server and then the brain-pecking began!
The customer needs a project, and you have no time to do it, because you have to do something with OpenServer, because it simply does not work, even after 10,500 reinstallations and downloads of its different versions!
PS Only one download took 2 days (!!!), this is at modern speeds! GTA download faster!
