How to fix it and install the control panel?
And one more thing, during installation you need to enter "FQDN hostname", what is it? I just have ip, login, password from a dedicated server, and I don’t even know where this server is located and which provider, but I need to deploy the server.
And if you put the vesta control panel, will it be possible to work with TomCat? Because I already installed it.

@opium

firstly, you have an executor,
it must be completely demolished,
too, everything will be cleaned during installation,
no tomcat, you can’t
fcdn, this is your domain

Completely reinstall VPS on bare OS. Then update the packages and only then start the installation process.

The problem is solved like this:
First, remove
apt-get --purge -f remove roundcube-core
Then it swears at non-empty folders, clean them
rm -fr /etc/roundcube/ *
Then, if it rearranges the vesta, we make BECAP! all sites and databases, otherwise it can overwrite everything and put the message.
Setting up Fast KVM VPS 2017 (Frontend Nginx 1.11.10 + Backend Apache 2.4 PHP (5/7) + VestaCP) pastebin.com/v0VKjKXW
Profit.

It's better to build a server from scratch and install the panel on Debian 9, here is a complete guide on how to do it with the latest version of PHP:
