How to fix an error when compiling the source code?

While trying to build the LibreOffice source code through the Cygwin utility, I ran into a strange error that I can't solve. When building, I get the following error:
checking for sqlext.h... no
configure: error: odbc not found. install odbc
Error running configure at ./autogen.sh line 266.
I figured it was missing the ODBC prog. And therefore, through the Cygwin installer (there you can find this program through the search engine), downloaded, installed. It still asks to install. All the programs needed for assembly are installed, I'm sure of this, but I don't understand why such a strange error pops up. If anyone knows what to do please tell me. Thanks in advance!

Скачай установщик и успокойся. Если у тебя голый Cygwin (а это просто баш кастрированный), то ты будешь так месяц собирать, спрашивая про каждую lib. А их там 100500.
