How to fix an error in the operation of an IP camera?
A question of this nature:
is there an ip camera D-Link DCS 5020L I just can’t understand why it shows one frame in 5-25 seconds in online viewing through the web interface.
The same behavior is in the D-Link D-ViewCam program and similar programs.
FPS is at a maximum of 30, the bitrate is set to any from 3mb to 64kb, the quality is deteriorating, but the video still goes with the brakes.
Tested on the local network, as well as through the mydlink.com service, the result is the same everywhere.
With all this, if you set up sending video to an ftp server, then it writes for 15 seconds, which is the maximum for this camera, but it is written clearly and without freezes.
Here, has anyone encountered this, is it a problem with this camera or something else?

The first advice on D-Link is to reset the settings and change the firmware. Do not look for logic in his work.
At one time I suffered for a long time with 5 similar devices, as a result, I flashed everything for one firmware - everything danced (for a while :-))
