How to fix admin panel after transfer to modex revo?

Transferred to another hosting site. I cleared the cache manually. wrote down the path. The site has gone. When entering the admin panel, it either does not respond .. for example, clear the cache, or a blank screen

What's in the browser logs and core/cache/logs/?
Have you tried updating to a fresher version right away?
does http/https matter?
